Thanksgiving?

Lots of things are happening, but in the meantime, I wanted to ask:
What do you guys want to see from me for Thanksgiving this year?
What kind of recipes are you looking for, do you have family recipes I can help you with, what do you want to see gluten-free?

  1. A turkey recipe would be amazing! I've never made one before and I'm planning to order a small gluten free one this year to cook up.

Dinner rolls. Light. Buttery. Soft enough to sop up gravy with.

That's not too much to ask is it?

  3. I second Akalfe4me - Dinner Rolls. Non-grainy, fluffy dinner rolls.

I second the dinner rolls -- my daughter loves them and was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. I'd really love to make some for her!

Light, yeasty dinner rolls would be GREAT - my in-laws have a famous recipe that requires kneading, rolling dough portions into balls, dipping each one in butter, and baking together in a pan so that they are 'pull-apart' and steamy-delicious.
Might not be possible to do gluten-free, but a girl can dream, right?
