We got a foster dog today. His name is Bailey (the shelter name) but we're calling him Batman. He looks like Puff, but is blond and white, and half her weight. He's really skinny. We're going to fatten him up and find him a home. It's very exciting.
Oatmeal Banana Bread1/3 c butter
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c honey
1 egg
2 bananas, mashed
1 1/4 c flour mix
1/2 c gf oats (such as Bob's red mill or Only Oats)
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t xanthan gum
Cream butter, sugar, honey, egg and banana. Separately, combine dry ingredients. Mix into banana mixture, bake at 350 for 45 minutes, in a greased loaf pan.
