Soon I will update this fully. In the meantime, another short short update: I am happy, spring is starting to show, I am baking like crazy, I am eating delicious new things every day, I have changed my dream from a cookbook to some sort of gluten free company or bakery or something (I've been having great successes in making cakes and things lately), I am in love, and, last and maybe most importantly, I attempted and maybe perfected the macaron. Or at least accomplished it.Someday I will have access to a computer on a regular basis but until then, sorry.
